GrowRoom helps sustainability brands grow online, but their website copy was doing the opposite. Technical jargon was turning away the business owners they wanted to reach.
The copy was technical when it needed to be approachable, and it wasn't speaking directly to the responsible business owners they wanted to work with. They'd been writing for themselves and their industry peers, not their actual clients. The copy across their site was misaligned and turning away the exact people they were trying to attract.
I rewrote their website copy with their real audience in mind, and the shift was immediate. Copy that finally sounded like GrowRoom whilst actually connecting with the people they wanted to reach.
