I dig into what exists (reviews, support conversations, competitor messaging) and categorise it by what triggered their search, what job they're hiring the solution to do, what nearly stopped them buying.

You hand off the web copy, I figure out what their customers actually care about. You don't brief me on positioning; I build it from their audience's voice.
